It does come with the Cipher cable, but I don't own an i-thing. I would be driving these from a GO2A mostly and occasionally from a DAC1541. This is a desktop/travel solution not a mobile one for me.

Edit - I have DMG Equilibrium for EQ if needed.

I got wywires silver mains for amp and dac. Also switched from lynx e22 to aes16 with lps and upgraded the p5 to p12.
My old tube now sounds a bit bloated in the mids and a bit dark. Thankfully one of the other 6N1P variants that I didn't like now fits the bill nicely. Overall a good upgrade,I lost some very fine treble finesse but clarity went up a notch.

SBAF is a bit picky with how you're typing it in the address bar for some strange reason. I've only ever experienced that issue with Chrome, but saving my login for https AND http protocol versions of the site fixed it for me, so give that a shot.

Yeah, that is why I use H2testw. It writes data to the whole card and then reads it back for errors or mismatches. There might be more modern ways to test, but it is still my go to.

Practical point: for music, it doesn't matter a damn how fast you can write to the card, because you only do it when you add new songs, and minutes don't matter. So keep the high-performance cards for writing video to, and stuff like that. Not necessary to top out on performance for audio... Mind you, somebody will complain that they don't like waiting 750 miliseconds for the album art to show!
