Could someone help me find information about the max output Vrms at low gain on the GOV2A? I cant seem to find it documented anywhere.. I remember someone mentioning that the middle gain setting was line level..

Also, potential heads up for people looking to buy one of these units - it looks like theres a countdown on the lhlabs website regarding a GO2APro group buy. A little over 8 days left.

    Well, you are right..

    power = V^2/R

    low gain (1.265Vrms): 1.265^2/16 = 100mW
    medium gain (2.68Vrms): 450mW
    high gain (4Vrms): 1000mW

It almost seems like an " opposite @schiit " mindset in the operation of the business end of this company.

This has kept me away from getting anything from LH Labs, even though I am drawn to some of their products. I don't want to add additional complications to my life. Having said that, I finally gave in to the desire side and ordered a GO2A last week. Wish me luck. :)

You won't be disappointed. :) I just got GO2A and paired with HD650 (BAL) and Andro (SE) and great pairing indeed as others said. Yes, it gets very hot but I do not mind at all. With Andro, I was worried with hissing but it is much less than anticipated. Yes, I could hear hiss when there was a silence but it was bearable and could not hear any hiss when song started playing. My iFi iEMatch is on its way but I do not think that it is necessary. :)

Does anyone have slightest hint what the groupbuy price of GO2Pro would be? I do not think that I will go for it since I just got GO2A but curious what the groupbuy discounted price would be like.

I'm done buying new from them after my Wave reaches. If I want one I'll buy one from the second hand market.

If I am understanding this correctly, sounds like you are hoping to use the GO2A to power speakers. If so, I don't see how it could have enough power.

    http://lhlabs.com/products/geek-out-2a-dac-family/
    Maximum Power Output
    User switchable – 1000mW @ 16 Ohms, 100mW @ 16 Ohms

People have posted about using it for a DAC. Sounds like that could work fine for speakers, but you would need to feed it to a power amp or something else with enough power.

Edit: I think I misunderstood. I think you were meaning "if" it had enough power, like wishing. Sorry about that.

Oh.. No... I was not meant to post it. I draft it but figured out yesterday so left it without posting and just realised that it was posted together with my other posting. My sincere apology and thank you for answering the question :)

Or at least provide information on their website! The Go2Pro is... an upgraded V2+, right? Portable battery powered thing? And when they say "group buy" they mean "that's literally the only way you'll be able to buy it, since it's not listed as a product anywhere"? And nobody knows right now what the price is?

What does that even mean? Is it a countdown until the "group buy" is available? Is it how much time is left in the "group buy" (which I can't even find any links to)? WTF...

I think that it means that it is how much time left to start GroupBuy. The Groupbuy either limited quantity or limited time offer, I guess but who knows...

Just be thankful it's not a IGG campaign. I think the price will be about 500+? This is based off the pricing for the IGG V2+ Inf (I believe it was 459 during the campaign).

It's a countdown to a (timed groupbuy) countdown. Welcome to LHLabs.

Probably no link until the exciting countdown reaches zeros. But If there is, and you are like me, you may find that link once and then have to hunt and hunt to find it again.
