How about the next John B. Stetson? Invented a practical and popular product (the first cowboy hat) that was well made, and made him a fortune. Treated his employees well, and died in his home at 76 after giving away most of his fortune to philanthropic organizations. His name lives on today. You could do worse!

        No furniture, Good!

Possibly a bit derivative. You knew that story about the young couple on the island? But maybe it is one of those common themes/daydreams.

Your story is nice. I like it. Thank you :)

I don’t think it was as garbage as the worst marvel movies, it was no Age of Ultron for instance, but was also completely hollow as a movie, and unremarkable, I’d put it right there with Dr Strange, not actively bad, but also not good.

It used to be a bit of a girlie drink back in the day when my generation was too young to be doing what we were doing, but wtf: it is is delicious and it isn't fizzy. Oh, That's rum and blackcurrant juice, in case the terminology is different over there.

I've been off alcohol for thirteen years now. but, so far as rum goes, *Pusser's* was the thing.

Yeah this water had to be in the 30s. Was a small river, so not far to go, but very strong current. The river rapids are what knocked us out of our $20 raft. Would have been bad if one of us got injured or dragged under the surface in the current. Not our best decision.

@Thad E Ginathom Indeed, 70 degree Fahrenheit water is nice enough to take a 30 minute swim in. But it's way less nice after an hour at night if you're waiting to be rescued. You can compensate for a while as long as you have energy to burn, but after a couple of hours even experienced swimmers are going to start struggling. You should definitely respect the ocean.

Learning any language is useful. The more you're comfortable with, the faster you can pick up another. And, each has its strengths. All I use day to day now is Lua, but knowing other languages made picking that up a snap.

I mean, for $25 they are not bad, with the features they have. I would rather listen to the KSC75, but if I need isolation, like at the gym, and Bluetooth, which is nice at the gym (except when I forget my phone on the treadmill) then they are usable. The Behringer I referenced on the other hand, are not usable. That treble is just terrible.

Oh no...sorry. Paper was very thin. Had to have very efficient speakers as I think most amps barely pushed out a watt. And I am sure that paper cone has gotten brittle over time. You might can fix with superglue and a small piece of a dryer sheet.
