24 hour drop and the pending "drop" from Schiit soon makes for a tough decision.

I'll bet you can turn around the MCTH unopened for what you paid for it, if you end up wanting the Schiit stuff more. Look at it like a down-payment on making a good choice.

You know, @Elnrik, I really don't appreciate you "attacking" me with a genuinely good idea. We're all trying to have fun here, gosh!

I am already in for a Jono and now MCTH, should be fun! It really is a great time to be into budget audiophile gear.

I'm still boggled by the whole "attacking" thing with that guy. Must be rough going through life having everyone "attacking" you all the time. Very irrational.

Anyway - I picked up a MCTH and will hold it unopened until I make a decision on the Schiit stuff. Taking my own advice.

Watch out, I’m going to go godmode over value! Funny how a similar deal is going on in the Woo thread with Marv schooling certain folks. I like reading Torq’s posts and I hope he continues that thread.

@Gaspasser Nice! A Turntable feeding into the Jotunheim Phono, & w/ the MCTH incoming, as well... I bet your HD650K would be in for a synergistic treat!

I do still wonder if Jot had any hidden Upgrades / Board Revisions, since that "baking trip" w/ Bill-P & Marv, was inconclusive, as I understood it.

Either way, even if it might be revised (soon?) or was already, surely you're getting the latest iteration of it! :D

Oh I see, well either way, life's too damn short; plus there's so much wisdom, knowledge & experience, left to share & gain, between us all.
I do believe that most of us (on SBAF at least) don't hold any ulterior motives nor bad intentions; we're all on this journey together, so to speak (granted that some <fine> folks, might/do have somewhat raised expectations, egos & biases) but even if so, still: No harm no foul?
