I didn't know that they did that sort of thing on For Sale postings. It illustrated to buyers that the seller had eccentric principles that could manifest in other potential issues, imo. (@cizx.6 has great feedback over there.)

Eccentric. Okay. That guy started off low balling me. I said no, he said "I expected you to make a counter offer." I did, and I'm pretty sure that "mistake" was a power play. Live up to the agreement and there are no "eccentricities" to manifest. f**k that guy.

Ah, yes, the ole 4 cent power play. Come to think of it, though, if I had a penny for every time I saw that one, I'd only have 1 cent. :-(

Ironically, some people say the 4 cent power play can make you feel like a million bucks. Go figure!
