Deep thoughts - Friend, Male, from Amsterdam

Busy, long-term goals in sight and improving my cooking skills. A good risotto is worth all the preparation. Tomorrow ratatouille. Mar 26, 2024 at 5:53 PM

A best friend came to town. We talked as if two year had not passed. That was fun...

That feeling when the music finally sounds good again. First time in days I felt moved by a good song. Without heart music is nothing...

Have been busy. Less thinking more going with the flow. This year really taught me to think less and enjoy what remains of life...

I'm going through my own version of this. I'm becoming aware of how shallow my breathing gets when I'm stressed, which is a lot nowadays. I'm also really aware of how much people I know are also rushing around to the point of breathlessness.

I feel I do a good job at remaining stress free. I see people stressing so much about school stuff, but I just don't. I just get my stuff done and don't worry.

New Lenovos might be good. An old T420 with upgrades is still a good deal. New Lenovo, it is a good machine. Now customising it...

I heard build quality went down after 20 and 30 series. I'm still rocking an X220 without signs of failing, except for the battery which is to be expected.

I don't think that ABP is entirely ready to go "out of the box." One has to find and load the filters that result in a www free of facebook/twitter/etc, getting rid of all those horrible icons from everywhere. And, I realise it is an extreme example (and a site I don't visit now anyway) but how could anyone visit HeadFi without doing major element-hider work!
