    Well not sure but it sounds more like a 1z. Need to listen more. Before more treble centric and crisp with slight grain. Made things sound more "live". Felt Bass was a bit subdued. Sound now has better bass foundation, treble is smoother and overall sounds lesssolid state. Doesnt sound as "live" though

    weird! i kinda liked the 1a i heard with bill that belonged to you. i'm sticking with the zx2 cause i'm to cheap but updates changing sound might be kinda annoying!

    rolled back to 1.2 for now. I'll be going back and forth and compare but so far the difference does not seem to be subtle.

    I learned the hard way early on in my career not to touch firmware upgrades unless there is critical fix or function you need. From this, I'm leaving 1.2 on my WM1A, since I am happy with it.
