I have my dad's 2006 Toyota RAV4, but it's not mine, and there is 170k miles, and other issues. At some point, it won't be worth it to fix. Alternator is going to die soon, muffler has whole, 4wd, awd, and traction control don't work, check engine light on.

Seriously though, for the absolute finest tweeter-dome-cleaning experience you absolutely MUST purchase the Audio Quest Diamond Series Dome Massager. Only $999.95 at the finest audio outlets.

Since you don't have the girl yet, you could buy a make-up brush. They are cheap enough. It was one of the first things I thought of. I use one to between vents and other hard to dust small areas in the car. Soft enough, but not too soft. (I don't like to use things to dust and then put them back for my girlfriend to clean herself with.:))

100Hz is very deep for a sub + sat system. I think 500Hz is more like it.

        Amazing, @Cspirou . Very nice.

I'm aware that there is just as much calculation and science in the design of OB speakers as there is with boxes, but given the difference in the amount of woodwork compared to boxes with complex internal bracing, etc, I wonder why the box thing became the default?

      3. Cspirou
        Cspirou
@Thad E Ginathom - OB speakers need really wide baffles to sound right, otherwise the wave from the back of the driver cancels out with the front. Narrow baffles with low WAF don’t really work. However you can do an H-frame pretty narrow, like the linkwitz LX521.
