Did you get anything good?

Its an electronic drum set, which sounds cool. But you see my mind doesn't work that way. I have a scenario in my head where a grandparent ordered a drum set for their favorite grandson or granddaughter, and they don't have it because its here with mean ole ButtUglyJeff. Luckily Mrs ButtUgly understands my emotional predicament. I'm sure I'll be driving a drum set across town to the correct address...

But seriously Amazon, I am not the first person to have this happen to, the millionth is more like it!!!

They'll send the other person another set. I've been on both ends of this (usually the person not getting the thing because they can't figure out how to deliver to my address).

I've nearly bought drums for my 4 year old a few times but Mrs. Bad will not approve.

Amazon shipped my friend's package to Singapore...

Sadly the Amazon call center person told me that until the sender files a claim, they won't get a replacement. And of course, in my demented fantasy, the grandparents, being technologically inept, can't pull that off. Thus leaving their little darling sad this x-mas. Its really a me problem. I know the reality will not be as emotionally satisfying as what's floating around in my head...
