@bozebuttons Can you please bring your pair of WE 300B tubes? I'd like to see what kind of magic they can add to my HeadDac's mids.

 

The Krell... can it be used to power speakers? Is it an original or a klone? Luckily the parking lots are right outside the building. I will be able to help you unload, along with whoever else wants to help.

 

If you bring the Elear, we can do pad rolling on it and the Utopia. That should be quite interesting.

 

It is the original,it is the actual amp KG KLoned after I sent it to him.
It is a 5 watt amp but really not designed to power speakers Maybe tweeters.

The 5W (assuming into 8ohms) would actually work pretty well with the Omega Super 3U and its 94.5 db at 8ohms.

 

We can try it, It can power the K1000s barely

Good question. Definitely not this year, we'll see about next year. I really want to be at the next big meet. I'm already looking forward to this meet's impressions, though. Sounds like it's going to be great.

I packed up the Studio and headphones. I won't be able to fit the CD transport, so let me know if anyone is planning to bring one.

 

I'll bring my desktop with the lynx aes16. It has a cd reader, so the lynx should be better than most cd transports but probably not as good as a top tier one.

@Josh, I forgot to ask but does your office have an ethernet connection for my desktop?

 

I think we need to start thinking about lunch options. Anyone vegetarian? Any good place around we can order from @Josh ?

 

Yea, I am vegetarian. But honestly there are so many options in the area this is not going to be an issue. We can plan out an order for everyone or people can simply run out and get what they want. There will be so many places nearby that I think that is probably the best option.

 

That's true, some places that comes to mind around there, Shake Shack, Eataly, Indikitch(Indian version of chitpotle), Hill Country BBQ(Chicken). We can prob yelp the rest.

 

Will there be any Audeze cans at the meet. Thinking about grabbing the B stock deal from Audeze for the LCD_2 but would love to hear an Audeze again prior to pulling the trigger.
