4-pin XLR female to 6.35 Male Cheap Recommendation

    If you can solder a wire to a lead, just make it yourself, probably 5-10 dollars for the plugs from Neutrik and 5 bucks worth of quality cable (you could even buy it pre-sleeved) ... But other than that, I don't know any cheap seller of 4 pin XLR to 1/4".

    basically looking at around 20 dollars then and not to mention getting a soldering iron i guess thats the best i can do ?

    Parts alone for a connector like this would cost at least 10-15 bucks, yes. I mean, sure there are ones like this http://www.ebay.com/itm/XLR-4-Pin-F...hash=item1c266b2061:m:mytVSmwzbF8toJ_ZDGUPb5Q for super cheap, but do you really want something that cheap for your HD800 that has expensive balanced aftermarket cables?
