    Picked it up for windows, and it looks and feels like a beta product. Maybe the updates will fix some of the slowness and indexing issue. But it does sound as good as JRiver from my initial 20 minute session.

    Even the final version of 3.x for the Mac, where the thing started, still felt like a beta product. The UX was always clunky ... superficially pretty until you tried to interact with it, then it was awful in myriad ways. Playlists were especially terrible - just a dumb file selector and then each playlist was just a file you had to manually navigate to and select within your filesystem.

    And I might be mistaken, but also I could have sworn 3.x had proper parametric EQ (just four nodes) built-in and wasn't just limited to presets so that might be a feature regression ... but that also might have been one of the add-on products.

    Man, I'm still running 2.6 on one of my macs. Works good enough for me :headbang:
