Any Austin TX friends?

So - I'm still up for whenever, as long as I don't have any school event or anything. The main thing I'm looking for is to decide on a good amp, kind of torn between the Joti and Torpedo 3. Would love to hear the focal line and hd800 too. I have the modi multibit and hd650 (modded) now, along with my asgard 2.

 

@pandather You are definitely invited. Final date has yet to be nailed down. @ColtMrFire apparently has a rough work schedule. Let's get all Austinites and Austin-bound folks in on this. If I am not mistaken I think it may possibly be next week or the week after sometime. I am off festivaling this week and will be back as of Monday-Tuesday next week. The rest is in @ColtMrFire's hands.

Been getting some PMs on HF about Austin lately, so I might be organizing another meet for early next year soon. I'll update here if it happens.

As for Monday, sorry, I live a bit too far away to make an overnight. Have fun though.

Yeah I'm down for a mini-meet but I can't do sunday through thursday as I have classes the next day pretty early and live an hour away. I'm dying to hear my modded HD650 with a good amp though.

Is there any interest for another meetup anytime? Also calling out to anyone else in Texas. I live in Dallas, go to school in Austin, and visit Houston often so I'm a bit all over the place.

 

I'm def. interested! Modi Multibit, modded HD650's (spider, dynamat, quarter), and an Asgard 2. I also have a pair of pioneer sp-bs22lr's w/ new tweeters/crossovers, but w/ a junky class D amp to power them if anyone's interested.

 

I might be down with something if it fits with my schedule though I don't have anything too terribly interesting to contribute besides maybe someone interested in hearing a hifiberry setup. I'm in Waco.
