Breakthrough!

Yes cochlear implants are certainly a cool technology but it is very important to understand that they are not magic and do not allow the deaf to hear like the rest of us. I am not deaf or hearing impaired but from what I understand from those that I have talked to it is a lot more work than hearing normally and requires quite a bit of training. It is important to keep these technologies in perspective to the real thing.

 

Yeah the pathos like argument made by many of these very emotional videos can be quite compelling ad requires little justification and logic to do so. We are human and we by nature react and empathize with other humans and video is a very compelling way of doing this. Basically you're a lot more likely to get reactions out of a very emotional video than one that simply explains the arguments very logically. Although at the end of the day I am always left wanting an explanation but not everyone operates this way.

 

Yeah I actually found that video pretty comical and hilarious.
