Cardas Clear cables?

    I have been looking into a xlr cardas clear cable for my HE-6 as an upgrade over the stock cable. I was wondering if anyone here that has experience with these cables could chime in. I want to get some opinions and find out if it's a worthy upgrade over the stock cable before purchasing.

    You can probably test it with Cable Company. I tested the HD800 version from them, and that told me that while I should buy it, my wallet would be very sad.

    It does seem expensive compared to other aftermarket cables out there.

    Perhaps you could order a few meters of Cardas' raw cable (as well as the correct terminations) and try it for cheap

    Don't pay retail though. I got mine from an eBay seller who accepted an offer lower than retail price.
