Crate Diggers (What are you listening to now vinyl edition)

Ok, so I'm slightly reluctant to post this for fear of utter ridicule, but what the heck. You may have heard of the Youtube Vinyl Community, where vinyl nerds post videos discussing records, music etc. I've been trying to find the courage to post one of my own for a while, and the latest topic doing the VC rounds at the moment seemed a good place to start. You basically answer 20 questions about yourself and your vinyl-related preferences.

Anyway, please be gentle! I start a little awkwardly but I think get into a decent flow after a while. Oh, and, nice T-shirt eh

 

So I picked this one up per @pedalhead 's recommendation, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Also pardon the glare. It was a used record, and the previous owner wrote his name on the front cover. I used the glare to cover it up.

Good album. I'm not much of a rockabilly fan but I definitely see the appeal here as they seem to do it well.

I'll let you know about the rack in a bit.

 

Finding new music through sbaf recommendations, who knows if i would have stumbled upon otherwise.

 

Actually quite good for a modern release, bit of surface noise, but overall very engaging. Thanks again for the rec!

 

I've vowed to get all the Rush studio releases on vinyl. Good thing I started years ago.
