    Sorry guys. Thanks for the likes, but I jumped the gun without thinking things through first. I've decided to save more money and get a totl amp. Probably an AF. I know if I buy this I'm just going to get upgrade-itis again before too long. Apologies to Dr. Higgs for yanking your chain.

    Feed back: buy from Dr. Higgs with confidence! I just got the item I acquired on Friday. The communication was great with ease. Dr. Higgs double checked and replaced a defected tube with a better tube without increase the price. Shipment was fast. The package is in great condition, the component is like new - I wondered if he used it at all, lol. Many thanks!

    Good price on that Bugle 2 preamp. Hagerman has the PCB available for $50 and I'm sure the parts are a bit more than $25.

    Also why isn't Dr. Higgs a 'friend' yet @zerodeefex ?

    There's a few more people that I've noticed in this sort of Friend purgatory state that I presume are too proud to say anything or don't really care (like Dr. Higgs), but are nonetheless actually friends. I can send a PM next time.
