    All sold!

Selling off my current desktop stack to raise money for some IEMs.

Schiit Bifrost 4490 - second owner. Limited time experiment: $199 net to me. I unfortunately paid $360 for this right before Modi Multibit came out, so hopefully someone needs something that stacks nicely with the Schiit mid sized amps...

Schiit Valhalla 2 - SOLD! third(?) owner. Comes with 2 sets of stock tubes, socket savers, and a pair of Amperex 7308s. No real idea on hours or condition of tubes (other than they work), so price reflects large discount on them. Looking for $285 net to me.

Only shipping to US Friends and Contributors and still at my discretion.

Please PM if you have any questions.

I have the Valhalla 2 with Amperexs, it is a wonderful amp that immerses you in the music.

Pretty sweet deal here, considering the upgradability. For less than a Moby, this would be a great way to jump on to the Schiit train.

My apologies, I actually hadn't heard of this site until it popped up on a google search while I was searching for sales. (edit: realize that SBAF that i've seen a few mentions of on reddit (though never spelled out) is actually this site). Also very new to audio stuff, purchasing my first headset and amp only a few weeks ago.

I realize he stated selling only to those with the "friend" status and at his discretion, but I still thought it would be worth a shot to message.

I don't even have any posting status over at headfi either because my account hasn't been active for 30 days.

Don't sweat it, everyone makes mistakes. A lot of members here choose to only sell to other established members, but some (myself included) don't mind dealing with newcomers as long as they have some feedback elsewhere. It doesn't hurt to send a PM and ask, the worst you can get is a polite 'no'. If you're really interested in using the FS forum you can consider donating to the site and requesting Contributor status.

Hopefully this doesn't deter you from being a member here.

Very understandable. I'm realizing the audio community can be very close knit. I'm actually really excited to see threads here about measurements for headphones instead of just going off of text impressions. I'm still soaking up a lot of information, and this will be another great place to get it.

Also funny I found this post because someone commented about it in your multibit post. You use your same username everywhere :p

Posted in the new member thread already. Should fill out my profile and I'll probably dig into some thread tomorrow :D
