    Cork sheets are imo easier tout source for me. Holes are easy to make with the punches .

    I think regular bubble envelopes are better. They're exempt from the crushing process because they're usually used to ship small glass items. They cost a bit more than regular envelopes but I'm sure most of the friends here won't mind shelling out a few extra pounds to ensure the safety of the materials. Your cork slice is a great idea too.

    I already use bubble envelopes since the last 10 pairs shipped . I will buy a sheet of cork . Should be fine and warranty the low cost. Anything thicker than 3cm will cost a lot more.

    Let's see how US post services manage that. 4 pairs goes to US and one for E.U. I'll wait people to receive them and confirm the resonators are OK with that kind of shipping. During the wait, I'll produce more resonators . Sorry for the wait Guyz but i don"t want 10 or more people with squished resonators.
