@liamstrain do you think you will have something to demo at the Super Duper International Meet next month?

I honestly don't know. Every prediction I've made has been moved back. Do you have a link to the meet information, I can share with the team.

Edit - found the link. :) I'll send the info around, and we'll see what we can do. :)

I might suggest even bringing a pre-production unbeautified version if that's what it takes to get some ears on it.

I’m sorry we were not able to get a 535SE out to LA for the SBAF meet, but we do have exciting goings on.

First, a miscommunication with our cabinetmakers unfortunately delayed the start of cabinet production by about two weeks. However we are currently back on track and should receive cabinets next week. The work they have done for us in the past is really top notch, and we can’t wait to see these completed units.

In the meantime, the final suite of measurements are being made on a pre-production unit using Audio Precision's top of the line APx555 audio analyzer. We hope to have these available later in the week to share with you all.

Thanks for your continued interest - we're in the home stretch!

So, are you going to find a loaner, so the usual suspects can give it a listen? You've made some pretty big claims about the sound

(Oh, and it looks absolutely gorgeous- not that this is strictly relevant..)

I (and maybe other NY people) would be interested in hearing this. :)

Yes - we are planning on sending one around to get some ears on it. I'm not sure if we'll do a regular loaner program, or just select a few key individuals...still some details to sort out.

We also have our new MetroVox interconnects, which should be ready to ship the same time the production amps head out the door. Stay tuned for pricing and other details. :)

I don't think there's a problem with linking to HF, more one of trusting stuff posted there, given that most of the reviews tend to be breathlessly positive whether the equipment being reviewed is any good or not. Indeed, actually disliking or pointing out flaws in equipment made by sponsors tends to get you threats from the moderators.

So it's just hard to tell if a gushing review on HF has any basis in fact, as it's hard to be sure of the clue level or honesty of the reviewer- whether they're on the "free stuff for glowing reviews" train or not (which tends to be the rule).

That's why it'll be so interesting to see what people with known good ears and no murky agenda say, when they hear your handsome-looking amp.

Just don't link back to us on head-fi. ;)

Looking forward to more views, seems interesting, although I'd have to wait for 230V version if I ever wanted to give it a spin.

Really interested in hearing one of these if we can get a loaner in NY.

    I love the retro look!

Yes, I totally agree. And to that point, we are neither a sponsor there, nor did the reviewer receive anything free except time with the amp.

We're certainly eager to get it over to you guys soon. :)

I think @sphinxvc might be a good candidate. If you're interested, PM me what you're looking for and we can give you some suggestions.

Thanks Zero, We actually had reached out to him, and he put us in contact with @Hands - who we are going to try to get the Amp to soon, it has a stop or two to make first.

Meant to reply sooner - we are working on an EU version, so it won't be too long. :)

Ok - big news all around! First, and most excitingly - we have decided to go ahead with a global 220-240V version. That is available now when you pre-order.

Second, we've decided to go through Indiegogo to handle the pre-order, and extend our $200 discount to more buyers. You can still get there through the Audio Guild pages, or directly to Indiegogo here:

    Thanks everyone!
