I made these 3d printed headphones using 50mm dynamic drivers. The design is a revolution of different design I made for my 3d printed headphones with HD800 driver. It is inspired by the Sony R10 headphones and the B&W Nautilus speakers.
Atm, I fit these with 50mm Beryllium driver from Aliexpress with good results. With the modular different drivers can be modded and sounds can be tuned easily.

    • fit any round 50mm dynamic driver or smaller (adapter design coming soon)
    • magnet attachment earpads, design to fit any aftermarket earpads with lip design. If you have multiple earpads, swapping take less than 1 seconds
    • Holes or bass ports on cups
    • Distance between driver and earpads is adjustable, and material between earpads and driver can be changed to adjust bass and soundstage
    • Driver angled at 20 degree and position towards the front
I'm designing new headbands for these in plastic. atm I'm using them with different steel headbands.

So far I fitted the 50mm 540 ohm Beryllium driver and 50mm 32 ohm K100 driver, both from Aliexpress. The Beryllium sounds much faster and more detail, smooth, but less bass than the K100

I made them myself.I bought the 0.1mm brass sheet from aliexpress, then cut to shape, soldered the 2mm brass pin to them and voila
