Thanks, I *really* like them! I don't have nearly as much experience/run time with nearly as many types, and certainly not *exotic* materials like beryllium or designs like full-length panels (Maggie's), but my limited experiences with a pair of JBL horns (studio 530's), Klipsch horns (a cheap pair of R-15PM's I use outdoors on my patio; but also heard other Klipsch's at people's houses before), an aluminum dome from RBH, soft dome's from Polk, etc etc, these so far have been my preference...

Apologies, folks, was at a wrestling tournament all morning for my son, and now that I'm back I'm getting an *error message* that 1000 minutes has expired and my original post is ineligible for Edit. So I'm trying again with a different approach (imgur, per the other poster's suggestion)... this one is also showing up for me when I hit "preview" so I hope this works for everyone else too...

I hate the asymmetry in relation to the window but it sounds so much better centered in the room.

The speakers are angled down with tweeters at ear height aimed at the chair. So in nearfield its aimed at an imaginary point two feet behind my head and midfield in the recliner at my ears. I think I get a bit of first reflection absorption as well.

They are a bit rickety but the angle functionality is necessary for my installation. There is no audible issue but they do not inspire confidence in build quality. I do recommend but with the expectation caveat.

A photo from Sunday. I repurposed this room from an office to a dedicated away room for music and reading. It's by far the most relaxing place for me to be. Speakers are a pair of Vandersteen 2c speakers from the 1980s, I think 1984 or 1985. I purchased them used about 10 years ago, and believe I am the third owner. The rest is pretty visible, Schiit Vidar and Saga, Mani phono preamp, Sol turntable, Modi Multibit DAC. Before this I was using 1990s Parasound gear (HCA-750A amp, P/LD-1100 preamp).

Tidied up a bit instead of reading the damned textbook. Another win for procrastination.

@Hooncake like uncola says, we need some impressions man. I’ve been eyeing these since they were announced. They look awesome.

@supertransformingdhruv , Are you using a crossover to the Fostex ? Which and what Hz and how do you like it? My second chain below and the reason I ask.

@squishware the more you post pictures of your speaker setups, the more I'm starting to suspect you are Patrick Bateman.
