Semi-retired Project/Program manager in the Nuclear, Aerospace, Hi-tech industries. I only do short-term consulting work these days focused mainly on operational process optimisation.

Segueing into a fulltime business building bespoke cables for like-minded audio enthusiasts as 'Chris Cables' after converting a lifetime hobby into a commercial entity having recently registered as a company in The Netherlands. The order book is always full and the build queue gets longer by the week. The goal is to reach a scale-up phase where I can outsource the build to the same quality as I make the cables but that's some way off in the future....

Find myself constantly dreaming up new ideas and concepts for various types of interconnects, power cables and headphone cables and these days I'm all about the braid (no straight wires). The benefits are real, measurable and proven.

Always nice to hear from like-minded individuals and I always listen to my customers. Feedback is always carefully considered and sometimes implemented in new iterations of various cable models.

Looking to the future and hopefully, one day, Chris Cables will be rubbing shoulders with the likes of Audioquest, Oyaide, et al at the trade shows. Watch this space....
