@Thad E Ginathom Kinda embarrassing to admit but I've never really been a massive Doors fan for whatever reason. This video came up on YT as a suggestion and made me realise I needed to fix that, haha.

Also, now that I've listened to the album version a few more times I kinda wish Ray Manzarek'd done the entire song in the style of the video above. It's an improvement, in my opinion

Don't be embarrassed! I was not a Hendrix fan back in the day. Probably many "great" artists I didn't like.

One thing I never did was to see any footage of The Doors live --- until a couple of years ago. Pretty amazing stuff.

I think their sound is unique. It's actually the keyboard that does it for me!

@Cryptowolf haha, hardly! I sometimes feel like I'm the only one necroing the penmanship and pen threads :P

But yeah, out of practise. Just felt like doing something a bit special for friends and making cards from the ground up, but I ended up going store bought + penned messages inside; I'm still very much dissatisfied with my Engrosser's and flourishes.

I LOVE major chest surgery. I came round from the anesthetic not coughing, for the first time in five years and I've been reasonably unfit ever since. Game changer. Life mender.

These things are not necessarily harbingers of doom. Lots of stuff can be fixed. Even including the stuff that they don't even know what it is until they cut into it.

So, folks... stuff on x-rays, CT scans, etc... it can be the first step to cure.

But @Lyer25, it sucks that you went through fear and worry over a false positive. I remember a medical lab which said on the door, "We aim for accuracy." I wouldn't go there: simply aiming for it is not enough!

@thad yeah, better to catch it and work towards a fix than blithely ignore it. No use covering ears when people are talking sense.

Still, I'm honestly still angry at the clinic. Not because I was inconvenienced, accidents do happen, but because this is apparently commonplace and I can't imagine how much grief and money this must have cost people in all. The hell they haven't sorted this out yet.

        Diskpart off memory:
Diskpart (run from a command window with admin rights)
        > List disk (figure out which # is the SD card X)
        > Select disk X
        > List disk (to confirm you're now on the right device, look for the *)
        > List part
        > Select part 1
        > Delete part
Do the last two steps for all partitions on the SD card.

If you forget to select disk as the SD card, you'll end up wiping your OS partition.

I will likely have it repaired then get something like a Fulla 2 for an AIO I can take around. Dragonfly also a candidate, but having a big ol knob makes for a compelling argument :))

It is not the two years I mind so much as the not-customer-replaceable. I just want to be able to easily buy a new one.

Being fair to my X-Play: it had dropped from over 36 hours of battery life to having to charge it every night. It still got through most days. It was still as good as any other phone I had.
