Interest in Bay Area Meet

Would anyone be interested in a Saturday evening meet in the South Bay Area sometime? If so let me know what dates might work. Next week and early August are out. I’m out of town the 28th of July. We just need some lead time so we can reserve a place, which we already have access to.

I might also try and make it, as I need to make a trip to Fremont to visit some relatives.

 

I'm interested...hopefully I can attend depending upon the day and time

 

I'd be interested in coming up any weekend other than Labour Day.

 

That leaves us with 2 possible Saturday evenings in August (August 11 is no longer an option)

A) Aug 11 - (not an option anymore)
B) Aug 18
C) Aug 25

Either B or C would work for me. But C would be better.

 

Option C works best for me. A is a no go. Just a reminder this would be an evening meet on Saturday.

I would probably like to attend for an evening on the 18th or 25th. I might not leave Pasadena until noon that day but would be happy to have passengers.

 

C is a possibility for me. My commitment is very similar to @philipmorgan . Firm, kinda, sorta, maybe. I’d really like to make it.

If there is an equipment wish list - ZMF flagships vs. the HD800 family, mods and S vs. HD650 mods. I’m in slow (slow) shopping mode for open cans.

I think my rig is published in my profile. I’ll bring Ether C v1.1’s for sure, and a Liquid Crimson depending on venue and parking. The rest of my stuff is probably also owned by others, so might not be that exciting. A Gungnir Multibit shootout would be interesting. I have an older one.

All contingent on the perfect storm of work, family and hall pass lining up of course.

Looks like maybe we should be looking at September/October dates. Perhaps a large Saturday meet like in the Changstar days. Organizing that kind of thing is over my skill set. Thoughts?

Seems like as folks are starting families it might be more challenging to pull off.

 

Interested in going, would only be bringing cans unless someone really wants to hear my DAC.
