Well done @Jinxy245. He's been out there for hours, Left for a bit and is now on an different branch. I am afraid if I try and go outside for a pic, I would scare him off. Here is a closeup.

I had a whole family of those in a nest outside of my house last year. 3 chicks, mom and pop.

They hunt other birds. I know this due to the large amount of severed dove and finch feet underneath the nest. Neat little pile of remains. Lots of poop. It was fun watching the babies grow up, but I don't miss the mess.

Yes, we have a family of squirrels and fair amount of blue jays that hang out in the trees in back. Interesting to see if he is going to grab a meal. Fun to look up how to identify hawks. He could also be a Coopers Hawk, no black malabar stripe on his cheek (characteristic of the Broadwing) and longer tail feathers than the pics of Broadwings. And the Migration map patterns are much better for Colorado for the Coopers.

My phone just wouldn't do this justice so I had to bust out the Olympus.

Hard to tell from the photo...given the coloring, a cat would be a good guess.

Schönbrunn Palace, with its spacious gardens and the Gloriette, are a fifteen-minute walk from my home:

Vienna is gorgeous...I've always wanted to visit. My MIL grew up in a small town outside of Graz.

unfortunately from 40 yards away my cheap camera is pretty poor, especially with digital zoom. I'm good with calling it a cat, haha.

The forest near my parents' home is one of my favorite places for going on long, quiet walks.

Carlsmith Ocean Park in Hilo, HI. Visiting my dad this week. I grew up in that water between 50 and 60 years ago. It hasn’t changed too much.

    Nice pic. Looks like fun.

Why didn't they let you grow up in a house? It just seems mean.

My backyard, Rocky Mountain National Park to the right, Indian Peaks Wilderness center and left. I can pretty much one-up anyone when it comes to crappy power.
