I too am a Winnipegger, so if it comes to Canada then I'd like to be on the list. But not first, because customs hates me and it'll never make it through without a ton of fees. Actually, there's probably 3-4 of us local here who would listen to it, and we could share the cost if we were shipping out to the the UK or whatever.

 

I wouldn't want an official spot on the loaner, but I'd definitely chip in for fees if this made it to a meet and I could have a casual listen.

I would sign up, but with so many folks interested, I am going to opt to just have my A2 "upgraded" to a LIM by Schiit and then switch back to my A2 card if I find LIM is not for me. Of course would be fun to try LIM and A2 side-by-side...but I will live. So excited to hear folks impressions!

EDIT: I am in, I just can't pass up a good A-B test. If there are any other WA folks, I would be down for a greater Puget sound area handoff to avoid the amount of time this is going to be shipped. Thanks @rhythmdevils

Somewhere in the loaner library, is there any usb->spdif/etc converter available that can do multiple outputs? It would be useful to be able to feed multiple dacs simultaneously.

I would be interested in comparing to my A2. Originally I was thinking neither LIM nor MIL would be right for me, but the more I read about LIM the more I think I want to buy one. But I'm still pretty new so if I'm too green I understand. I'm in Madison, WI.

 

Everyone in the ConUS is on the list. Canada and EU I need to clear with @schiit first. And I would need I think at least 4 people in Canada and at least 5 people in the EU for it to happen. If we got Schitt's permission and the required numbers, SBAF would pay to ship the LIM to the first person on the list, and it would be up to the Canadian group and the EU group to come together to pay for return shipping to me. As well as customs fees on arrival.
