You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll shit your pants. I went to see Ween tonight and someone already uploaded the whole show to YouTube. The recording is of questionable quality, but the show was f'ing amazing. Their catalog is so broad that if you're not feeling it just skip ahead a bit and you'll find something awesome.

This song is kind of timeless. Coldplay sometimes hits you right in the heart.

I used to listen to these guys non-stop 20 years ago, don't know why they popped into my head tonight.
Japanese psychedelic freak folk acid noise freak outs - this their most mellow track from back when, seems they're still cranking out tunes pretty regularly, skip to the 6 minute mark for the jams to start.

Been listening to this album for about a month now and the closer stands out as one of my favorites. Takes me back to a different time, lots of influences are evident. I'm hearing some prog along with early Def Leppard here and a bassline in the bridge that sounds like early 90s Faith no More.

I love Bach's music for solo piano, but never really cared for the same music played by harpsichord. Well, I may have to rethink that.

I just heard this harpsichord version of Bach's "Italian Concerto" (BMV 971), and IMO it's amazing, with rather Glenn Gould-like virtuosity, though on an instrument that typically doesn't support GG-level dynamics (no problem here):

I’ve always felt the same about harpsichord - and The Grateful Dead. I will give this a listen.
