Closed: Sapele Aeolus #3

I've been an Aeolus lover since I received it, but it's time to hopefully move on to the Atrium.

It is in (lovingly) well worn but not abused condition, a couple of scratches & one chip by the rotation stop pin.

IDK if it has to do with the qualities of Sapele but I never over-extended the gimbal or anything. The pins have been removed to prevent further damage.

Latest Aeolus mesh installed.

Will be shipped with the Original stock Aeolus pads and one of the ZMF cables I have of your choice (4 pin XLR, 1/4" or even 1/8"). It will be shipped in the protective seahorse case it came in.

I've had it posted for a while over on Head-Fi but there are no takers. I hesitated to post here since it's kind of a sleeper IMO as far as popularity goes. I've hit the bottom price I was hoping for, so I'll offer the same here. If someone's gotta have it & just can't swing it I'd be open to a conversation.

Really nice headphones. Very seductive sound. A potential buyer could throw some perforated suede Universe pads on them and power them with some tubes, and be happy for a long time.

How is this not sold? I love my Aeolus and would be all over this if I didn't already have a pair.

 

agreed... between this and the Clears that are selling for $600.... I would've snapped them both up if I didn't own them already...

 

The Sapele probably lends to a nice velvety touch. GL with the sale.
