SuperDupont Resonator : Summary and Interest Check

Greetings from Los Angeles. New HD800's demand that I try your mod.

One pair please.

 

I`m now using SuperDupont and Anax Mod2 in my hd800. All I can say is that I like it. I have to admit that I am too lazy to put one of the mods out and back in and compare and compare again and..... I just want to sit back and listen to music.

With both mods, original dust covers and a little bit off bass eq it is still bright but at least it is starting to become listenable

 

Received my pair from sorrodje today.

He is as fast as amazon, very impressive.

Putting them in took me exactly 9 minutes and was no problem whatsoever.

As Tyll already measured the cursed frequency spikes have been subdued just like for the HD 800s.
It feels like to me that I can hear some details better or more clear now, really love those little buggers.

I am paring those marvelous resonators with a parametric EQ and boost the bass a quiet a lot.
Now the HD 800 are absolutely perfect for me, thanks sorrodje!

I just registered for writing in this thread.

I was first reading about diy measurement equipment because I want to build something for myself.

Then I found this Information and tried to build it, but without the right tools .....

So please sorrodje add me to the list for buying a pair.
