Several things that I have observed lead me to think updating the website is a low priority. I think it is @schiit 's baby. If that is correct, I'm sure he usually has more pressing stuff to do. Maybe assign someone to make simple updates? It is kind of their window to their customers.
Good to know they do website stuff. Also, I dealt with [email protected] the last 2 weeks. I could not praise them enough. Quite a contrast with how I was treated by FedEx, who was the source of the problem.
Sadly, the Magni is backordered. 2 week estimate. Frustrating since the last thing I ordered was the Eitr. Also backordered and took about a month to receive. :(
