Some acupuncture stores offer silicone ear models. However they usually don't have an (anatomically correct) ear canal. You're better of using your own ears and an in ear mic. For measuring headphones a flat plate coupler is usually good enough though.

I think you should ask your audiologist, they may have a suggestion from a medical supply place.
