Oh man, I feel for you. I did a similar thing 6 months ago (although we had to cross an ocean as well). I was most stressed about the kids pets, but everyone (and everything) arrived ok.

4 weeks without *shit* (just an ipad, streaming and some IEMs) was kind of liberating too...

Had my stuff packed up for the past 10 weeks, the main rig is going to blow my mind when I set it up next week.

about to do a cross-country move in a few months as well. already neurotically planning how to best protect the gear during shipment. big payoff tho' will be moving to a house, where i can have some proper speakers !

My stuff made it around the world in a suitcase without so much as a broken tube. You’re good. :P

@zonto wife and family always made fun of me for keeping boxes, but damn, having them around makes all the difference! Always dedicate a closet/small room for boxes :)
