    I don't know any business that have their standards. Like even small boutique shops, give you estimated times, expected delivery date and communicate with you if there are delays. That's any business. Its not the product i have a problem with but their way of conducting business.

    Its a great model to create expectation through their description of their process, email you saying it'll take a few business days, not respond for 2 weeks, now 3 weeks with no updates. Then complain you are being unreasonable for wanting some info, stating you are rushing them and since they didn't charge you yet they don't understand the problem with their service. That sound desirable in any circumstance?

    I think the delays with the Yggdrasil Analog 2 upgrades are untypical. Literally every other post I've ever read about how the upgrade queue/timing has gone as been full of praise for the fast turnaround. Unfortunate, frustrating, for sure, but not typical of how this sort of things has gone in the past.

    @Torq I may be the outlier here then, but so far my experience leaves a bitter taste. Its something that I wouldn't want to deal with any company in any setting. It also sucks that its my first and only encounter with schiit service.

    Oh, I get it. And only Schiit can comment on what is going on. My interactions with their team have always been super-fluid and efficient (and I am speaking as a paying customer not as a reviewer).

    I will say that if this frustrates you (which is understandable) don't even think about buying a boutique tube amp! ;)
