Speaking of DACs I got a great deal on a used Gungnir DS...this is what I’ve been missing for the last several years since I upgraded mine to the Gungnir Multibit

@SoupRKnowva , what do you find are the biggest diffs going from Gung MB to Gung DS?

@rlow You lose the intensity that Gungnir DS offers, which is something I value a great deal. Gungnir DS has this kinetic energy to its sound that I havent heard in any other DACs, though the Convert2 looks interesting.

I agree, I think the super dark purple ish color ends up looking a lot better than the straight black does

Yeah, but I honestly even really like In Time, and Good Kill was pretty solid too, way better than the big budget movie that came out around the same time that was also about drones. Even The Host is way better than all the other YA fair coming out at the same time

Yeah ive been doing a bunch of research into building a 5" quad. Watching lots of youtube videos, some reading here and there as well. Its just a lot of money to dump all at once to get into the hobby and do it right so you wouldnt have to upgrade major things like goggles and radio once you decided to stick around

BR2049 is slow but amazing. The connection with the original is beautifully integrated in the story that there are still surprises.

I watched the BR2049 in Dolby Atmos and the sound scape in that was extremery well done. Surprising subdued soundtrack too - for Hans anyway.

David Villanueva is an amazing director and Darkest Hour has some beautiful cinematography.

But fun! Also a great hang over activity

I use R myself, both the base graphics and ggplot package depending on whichever is more suited for the task at hand. It's a command-line based program, so it has a bit of a learning curve, but I haven't gone back to excel ever since cos the graphs just look that much better (and less of a headache to interpret).

R Studio is the best IDE to come along pre setup with any language, shame I really hate R, even if I know how to use it.

Did you sell yours on HF?

I did. the Rag was just too big. It technically fit in the space I wanted it in, but over the course of a few weeks i got tired of how large it was, so i replaced it with the Jot. The comparison was just an added bonus
