    Grew up in Michigan but lived in Florida for 7 years. Watching people panic as soon as the rain hit the ground was a constant source of amusement.

    You Californians need to make up your mind. It was a little chilly so some migrants started a fire, then you were bitching about the fire, so the USAF made it rain, now you're bitching about the rain.

    @MrTeaRex Well actually smoke particles travel into the upper atmosphere where they act as points of nucleation. In other words they act as seeds for water to gather into rain clouds. :)
