Someone in a Honda rear-ended my wife's Jeep Wrangler. Not a scratch on the bumper. Front end of the Honda got mushed.

Is that subtle hint for us to report him instead???

Back in my public works days I watched a Honda Prelude driver ignore the keep back sign and stop right behind a 966 Cat, who proceeded to reverse right up the hood to the windshield. Driver was OK but but traumatized :-) Wish they had camera phones back then.

It's set up as my browser's default search engine. I just search from the URL box mostly, so actually hardly noticed it in the results list. Also have "black mode" set.

I never bought tampons, so I guess I didn't notice.

A year or two ago, Linkedin mailed me to say that I would not receive anything from them until I updated my profile.

        Sadly, they were lying.

I should delete the account. But everytime I think of it I get that "what if some person I worked with in 1998 actually wants to contact me?" and I don't. An nobody useful ever does contact me.

Maybe megalomaniac Jobs hired exactly who he wanted: a stunted mechanic like Cook that would never actually supersede his own accomplishments, thus protecting Jobs' place in BS tech lore. Dude seemed self-obsessed enough that he'd make sure his children were buried with him. Well, not his actual children, because he didn't seem to care about them nearly as much.

If you want inefficiency visit the Brussels and Straatsburg. They still cannot decide on one location so they switch between these two. Also this is not about politics but idiocy regarding logistics and designing smooth processes. But no, the EU likes wasting resources while telling EU-citizens to pay their taxes. Rant over...
