Would a bluetooth speaker ever sound good with a couple of exceptions?

I suppose I expected more. I have a hard time imagining even your average consumer being impressed with the sound. Maybe these are tuned for obnoxious hip-hop music and not Johnny cash.

Average consumer is only average because they haven't heard anything better. They don't have a yard stick to compare like us.
I loved my 128mb mp3 player with stock buds.

It looks like a bass cannon, and not in a good way. EQ?

The battery seems to last a while and its easy to setup and start playing with your phone. So the fact that it sounds better than laptop speakers is the main attraction I think.

Dude I mean these speakers are basically made to blast sub par hip-hop at a cramped college dorm room party.

Real adults have better sound systems, real parties have better speakers, and real music lovers wouldn't touch the damn thing.

Real music lovers would actually purchase something like this, when they prefer listening too music and not the system. Convenient, durable and portable. It is made for outside usage, so inside it will be boomy. The Charge 3 is more balanced sounding and better value.
