Reason 1 why I already quit my current job: I couldn't perform to my best, always in crisis mode due to the shitty work of a microsoft gold partner.

When I'm paid late, I get standby time at 8hrs a day M-F until I receive pay correction. Union power!!!

Last time they messed up my pay, they had to cough out 72hrs of pay. They did not like that, but it was their bumbling, not mine.

As a Brit, I can only say that must have been frightfully, ahem, jolting, for them!

But seriously, unless one is knowingly and willingly working for a company on the financial edge, not paying the right amount, at the right time is just abusive.

And... I support that union power.

I plan on quitting my current job by May or June. I rather have a job that pays on time than a job that pays late. Living on a tight budget is doable. Living on a (regularly) late salary is too stressful...
