Nope, English. Why, because the international media, politicians and scientific publications mostly publish in English. Let the French think they rule Europe, we can 1815 them again (I mean that). Italians, Spanish and French tourists of the older generations think Europe rotates around them. Then they learn that most of Europe speaks English.
