    I really enjoy mine. Does some magical things with my modded HD 650. The C4S upgrade tightens the sound up and adds clarity, especially in the bass! What caps are you considering? I've entertained the thought of swapping caps, but there isn't much info out there about it.

    I spent a really stupid amount of time looking through capacitor reviews and reading the Bottlehead forum. I ultimately settled on Jantzen Superiors as the best price/performance ratio option that wasn't physically huge and didn't have to be shipped from Russia.

    I ordered a pair of 1.8uF 800v output coupling caps to replace the stock Solens and a pair of 0.1uF interstage caps to replace the stock Dayton polys while I'm in there. My stock output caps are 1.5uF; supposedly going a little bigger will result in somewhat deeper bass extension but potentially less perceived "quantity" of bass.
