    Which spinner? I just had opposite experience with USBridge + LPS (into Yggdrasil) absolutely smoking my spinner.

    Arcam CD73 - might be just the newness, but the immediacy and pace and slam/dynamics I’m hearing initially is awesome! Might be some noise issues though - I may be hearing a bit of etch possibly, but will see. Need to do some detailed comparing at some point soon.

    I wonder if it is more a change in digital inputs and the sound difference between them. I doubt that the Arcam really is better than your SMS-200 ultra especially with recent clubhouse additions. Weird. I was using a Emotiva ERC3 and sold it after how bad the streamer spanked it.

    Could be partially the SPDIF vs USB thing, but I can say for certain that the Sotm going through Eitr into SPDIF on Yggdrasil doesn’t sound anything like this.
