Haha, my trailing off at the end was deliberate since there wasn't much more to add and I felt context clues were enough to clue people in to the fact that I dislike leather pads because it doesn't breathe well.

The "dairy" bit is a throwaway joke referencing How I Met Your Mother, a TV sitcom that I haven't actually watched.

One of the main characters' catchphrases was to say that things that excited him were going to be "Legen... wait for it... DARY!", and even as a non-viewer memes on 9gag (very low comedy, I was younger then) stuck it into my brain.

I used "dairy" instead of "dary" because there was a particular instance the character did the same, to humorous effect.
