Don’t knock the pebbles until you’ve tried them.

I tried a headphone cable thinking "wire is wire". I'll be damned if this particular cable didn't burn-in over about 100 hours and sound way better.

That said, I'm not really interested in the nervosa. But it surprised me.

I don't use that cable much because the sheathing is kinda microphonic (and I'd have to re-terminate it for the HD6xx, and I'm lazy).

It also sounds better if you listen hanging upside-down from the ceiling to increase blood flow to your brain.

Don't go into the cable game until you have a system you like. Cables can be a changer but they'll mess things up. It's actually worse than tubes. Some add detail, I'm not sure how yet but it's coloration, can synergies brilliant with gear but might lead to the wrong impression. Pangea until endgame.

Audiophile Pebbles sounds like a fantastic cereal that would definitely improve the sound of my music. Eat 'em while listening. Boom. Plankton.
