LFF? Nice! That's near top of my shortlist of normal-sounding headphones to get, haha. Would love to hear impressions when you have the time, only had a few minutes demo of Paradox before both channels... crapped out.

Sorry, didn't realize he had a headphone called that. I am listening to a Pete Millet designed amp from years ago that has a BOM of $40. Surprisingly good sounding. Kind of the like the CMOY of yore. Forgotten DIY circuits that still sound fantastic.

My first thought was the PMillett Hybrid. It’s doesn’t attract much attention anymore, but used to be one of the few popular DIY amps.

I on the other hand had completely forgotten about the Millett despite planning on getting one before I splurged on headphones, haha. Awesome, glad it's doing a lot for ya! Agree that obscure gems are the best fun.

It was do popular it exhausted the world supply for those tubes it used.

There was a good vibe on DIY amp. Some diy units on HF were god damn good. Now, seem very few people do that :(
