Don't get be wrong, I like quality fresh ingredients with no pesticides, but maddening when I can't find a normal choc-chip cookie and only keto non-gluten pound cakes are available. What's the point?

That shit must be so f'ing bad in SoCal. I mean it's pervasive everywhere, but you are at the epicenter.

And glutens are totally harmless to the vast majority of people, right? Gluten-free is just a fad.

I love the gluten craze. It has had the side effect of helping people who really need to be gluten free. Both my father and brother have Celiac disease. Gluten literally kills them slowly over time. It's hereditary so I could even develop it anytime. Celiac isn't as uncommon as you'd think.
