@Sqveak Sold it at a low-ish price to a lowercase-f friend so I can fund a certain mad genius Russian amp, haha. Having fun at internship but the unpaid part kinda sucks, I thought I'd be cool with the iDSD for long-term while saving up for Beefroast 2 but I was kinda in withdrawal for a bit, lol.
@Lyander that makes sense. I'm a little surprised that you didn't hold out another few months and try unison before selling. Either way your HD600 will benefit for sure.
I was always a transducer-and-amp-first person, so I didn't think I'd have as much a reaction using the iDSD as my main as I did, haha. And yeah I figured it might be worth waiting for Unison, but shipping to and from America would have been pricey and I was leaning in towards the Bifrost 2 anyway, if for no other reason than futureproofing.
