Well some things on craigslist make me money. The Emotiva XPA-2 I got for $200 just sold for $625. But lots of things don't make me money.

I need to buy less expensive alcohol, that will save money. Expensive whiskey is so good though...

But have you confirmed for yourself that the expensive whiskey is actually better than the cheap stuff via double blind tasting?

@Lyander Nah, I prefer to enjoy it. I know you are joking though.
But that $90 Suntory Hibiki was so good. A $25 bottle of dewars isn't bad, or $28 old forester. But than Hibiki...

Buy more wisely: an average Irish is as good as a special Scotch, and much cheaper.

I was brandy drinker. One day I realised the the expensive real-smooth stuff is only worth it for occasional drinking. For regular drinking, one doesn't actually notice the comparative roughness of the ordinary stuff.

Have a second savings account for...saving
Put 10%in of whatever you make and forget about it.
High score: Take an hour at the bank one day and have the saving go into an S&P500 market tracking fund from vanguard or fidelity. Over 30 years, you'll be a millionaire just from that if you start contributing now 10% of whatever you make.
^^^Besides talking to women, this is the best advice you've ever received.

Absolutely. One of the most important things that's not taught enough is to pay yourself first.

Even if I could afford that lease, im sure a insurance for a 20 year old male on a GT-R would be crazy. Though I would love one...

2008-2011 Challenger R/T. Sounds good, looks good, hauls ass (relatively). Or if you want an import get an 80s CRX and k20 swap it.

Yeah, I don't really like American muscle cars, too big for what they are. CRX is pretty cool, but 80s is old.

Used WRX STI, Lancer Evos, VW GTI... those would definitely be on my list of affordable fun cars to drive and shouldn't be bad on insurance either.

lol CRX--> I have a CRZ... actually a kinda eye-catching fun little beast, people ask about it everywhere I go--> Miffed at the moment 'cause just renewed my tags... there's a NEW friggin' tax! Usually 40 bucks is now $180!?! Tesla would be even worse. --> 'cause it costs just 17bucks at the pump to go 500miles in it. They used to subsidize this shit. /RANT

Fiesta ST if you have a tight track available or nice backroads near you. I promise you'll be giggling like an idiot every time you take it out and it's as close to inexpensive as it gets.
