    ..The one's that feel like a boa constrictor is about to eat the damn amp. VERDICT? Solid move for the SW51+. Generally a cleaner performance.. especially at higher volumes. Bass tightened up and I sensed a smoother (no less resolving) treble. Blacker background and a step up in clarity. This was some $150 cord I had lying around...

    ..Old cord was a hospital grade (gray) power cord I bought off amazon (ti's logged well over 500 hours). Don't get it twisted and chase some crazy boutique shit.. but a decent chi-fi power cord (<$100) off ebay could be a nice step up in sound.. provided it's not made of chicken wire or whatever.
