Cosmetic damage pattern shown in the picture reminded me of a guy selling he90 in HF a while ago. Maybe he asked headamp some favor to sell them on his behalf?

I gave the pictures just a cursory glance on my phone earlier, only saw the wear on pads. What cosmetic damage did you see?

Also possible they just bought it off the HF guy and then are selling it off for... no profit? How much was it on Head-Fi?

Nevermind. It was my brain fart.. The one I remember turned out SN328. Headamp one is 337. Also HF one was only head unit for 15k usd.

I've always been curious to hear one, and for how much a proper TOTL rig might go for nowadays 15k for the full set doesn't sound AS gormless as it used to, but chances are I'll be happily putzing around with the dreaded my-fi for at least a long while because of how much value there is in much cheaper (but far from inexpensive) gear nowadays.

I'd much rather get an HE90/HEV90 and a serviceable vehicle than a fancy car, though :P

I believe price sensitivity quite low in this case. It's orfas-exclusive one in the end. Especially at the current prices.

Saw a mint looking HE90 + HEV90 set for sale here in Sweden, for just about $11k. And Sony MDR-R10 for $8700.

..... still way out of reach for me but speaking relativistically those seem like kind prices for collectible items.
